Required experience/skills

  • 2- 3 years in-house recruitment in IT service/ cybersecurity company
  • Excellent souring and networking skills.
  • Experience using an ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Analytics, and Video Interviewing Platforms.
  • Demonstrable track record of building strong relationships and achieving individual metrics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills – professional but friendly
  • Experience recruiting within the AV, Network Ops and/or Global Logistic & Warehousing.
  • Prior experience recruiting in Cybersecurity domain or with niche skills will be preferred.


MBA in Human Resource or any equivalent field
