Required experience/skills
- 2- 3 years in-house recruitment in IT service/ cybersecurity company
- Excellent souring and networking skills.
- Experience using an ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Analytics, and Video Interviewing Platforms.
- Demonstrable track record of building strong relationships and achieving individual metrics.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills – professional but friendly
- Experience recruiting within the AV, Network Ops and/or Global Logistic & Warehousing.
- Prior experience recruiting in Cybersecurity domain or with niche skills will be preferred.
Education
MBA in Human Resource or any equivalent field
