We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Sales Representative with 12+ years of proven success as an individual contributor in enterprise-level cybersecurity sales. This role is a high-impact position that focuses on expanding our footprint in international markets, directly engaging with C-level stakeholders, and driving strategic deal closures. You will play a pivotal role in SecureLayer7's growth trajectory by owning complex sales cycles and exceeding ambitious revenue goals.

What You Will Do

The Senior Sales Specialist is responsible for effectively capturing the attention of and presenting our value proposition to B2B buyers and nurturing interest in our solutions. The position requires gaining a thorough understanding of our products and services, our target customers, and competitive alternative technologies. This role will leverage account based marketing, lead generation tools, virtual events and programs, as well as partner with colleagues to identify and nurture new sales opportunities. Responsibilities

  • Leverage your 12+ years of experience in enterprise B2B cybersecurity sales to drive revenue growth.
  • Own the complete sales cycle – from lead generation and qualification to closure and post-sale account growth.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key enterprise clients and decision-makers across regions.
  • Identify customer pain points and map them to SecureLayer7’s services and product solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical and product teams to deliver tailored demos and proposals.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Represent SecureLayer7 at cybersecurity industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Stay on top of market trends, competitors, and client needs to inform sales strategy.

What You Bring

  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, with a strong focus on cybersecurity services and products.
  • Demonstrated ability to close high-value, complex deals and consistently exceed revenue targets.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles and long-term relationship management.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Experience in international sales, with the ability to navigate diverse markets and cultures.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex cybersecurity concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
