What You Will Do

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for effectively capturing the attention of and presenting our value proposition to B2B buyers and nurturing interest in our solutions. The position requires gaining a thorough understanding of our products and services, our target customers, and competitive alternative technologies.

This role will leverage account based marketing, lead generation tools, virtual events and programs, as well as partner with colleagues to identify and nurture new sales opportunities. Ensure end to end sales for customers.


  • Identify and prioritize target accounts and key prospective contacts.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound leads follow-up and outbound cold
  • calls and emails or account based marketing.
  • Guiding database creation team for relevant databases for account-based marketing.
  • Research business challenges of companies and contacts using various data sources.
  • Contact new prospects daily through various channels, and articulate our company’s value proposition.
  • Conduct high-level conversations with executives and CISO, Security Architects in prospective accounts.
  • Nurture and develop interest to identify qualified sales opportunities.
  • Utilize social media to share content for business development purposes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely notes on interactions within the CRM system.
  • Achieve monthly targets for setting meetings.
  • Develop qualified sales opportunities using a qualification scoring framework
  • Gather the requirements from the customers & send them proposals.
  • Patching call with technical team & customer for taking new lead next stage.
  • Developing the sales documents as per the customer requirements.
  • Stay in loop with customers and take time to time feedback on the process.
  • Presenting the required data to the management in monthly meetings.

What You Will Need

  • At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

Good to have

  • Experience with the end-to-end sales process.
  • Proven record of achieving sales goals.
  • Understanding of concepts like IT Infrastructure, Application Security, Network Security.
